The Vison of Our project "Dekho Apna Desh" is Heritage Experience and Sustainable Eco-Tourism.It is a project that has a unified model which connects a tech-driven transport gateway to a zero-waste village destination. Strategically placed at major transport hubs like busy railway stations and airports, interactive digital kiosks use Augmented Reality (WebAR) via QR codes to offer travellers previews of hidden regional monuments and eco-tourism sites. This initiative empowers local youth aged 18–30 by training them through a structured 2-week program to become self-sustaining micro-entrepreneurs known as "Digital Guides". The kiosks operate on a low-cost, high-volume transactional model, generating revenue through each experience tour fees, advertising, and booking commissions. Once travellers book an experience, they are routed directly to a decentralized, zero-waste eco-tourism homestay cluster designed to feature local architecture, solar power grids, rainwater harvesting, and organic farming. Guests receive a completely biodegradable regional welcome kit, while a smart digital payment platform automatically executes an 85% direct payout to local hosts, artisans, and performers within 24 hours. This automated supply chain completely eliminates corporate middlemen, ensuring that booking a stay instantly alerts local organic farmers and folk artists to prepare their services. Ultimately, the project prevents urban migration by creating tech-forward rural jobs, builds a perpetual digital archive of endangered heritage sites, and diverts 10–15% of heavy tourist footfall away from overhyped commercial tourist sites to sustainable regional gems.
